Designed to keep all your freshly cooked food items hot until they're ready to serve, this Moffat Turbofan half size 8 tray electric undercounter holding cabinet with touch screen controls helps ensure your restaurant, diner, or bakery is always prepared for high volume meal periods. Featuring a touch screen display and temperature controls, you can fine-tune this holding cabinet between 68-194 degrees Fahrenheit to store a wide variety of ready-to-serve dishes. The large 5.7" LED backlit touch screen controls are easy to use, and the icon driven program menu makes it easy for your employees to choose an option. In addition, the individual shelf controls allow you to hold multiple products set for different times so you will always know exactly when each product is ready to serve. The undercounter construction of this unit is specifically designed to save you space and slides directly under your counter with its compact 32" height.
A total of 8 half size pan slides accept half size 13" x 18" sheet pans or 12" x 20" steam pans and each slide is separated with 2 7/8" of space. The clear, .2" thick glass door provides outstanding impact and heat-resistance and the dual halogen lamps in the interior of the cabinet illuminate the products to allow for easy monitoring. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal and double skin construction ensure the warm air inside does not escape. In addition, a low velocity circulation fan system spreads warm air gently and evenly throughout the entire cabinet.
For easy cleaning and maintenance, the cabinet drain leads directly to a condensate pan located under the holding cabinet. To empty, simply slide the pan out and replace once the water has been removed. Thanks to 2 front swivel lock casters and 2 rigid rear casters, the cabinet can be filled and moved from your prep location to the serving area with incredible ease. This unit can also be installed with the Turbofan E33T convection oven (sold separately) to form a double stacked configuration. This unit requires a 110-120V electrical connection.
